β€œI’ve taken Christine’s classes in person and online over the years and have always loved how uncomplicated and delicious her recipes are.”

One class. Five sauces. A kitchen that feels alive again.

These are the sauces that turn a plain piece of fish into something you'd serve at a dinner party. That make roasted vegetables taste like they came from a restaurant. That take a boiled potato from boring to brilliant β€” in minutes, with no heat required.

And every single one of them is built on Mediterranean ingredients that your body will thank you for.

MEET YOUR MEAL PLAN MAVEN

Hi, I’m Christine! Chef for 25+ years, cooking teacher, and your new kitchen cheerleader.

After 25+ years as a chef, a heart attack made me rethink the way I cook.

I cooked professionally for over 25 years. Taught thousands of people. Ran a cooking school. The kitchen was always where I felt strongest.

Then in 2020, I had a heart attack.

After decades of teaching, catering, and cooking for my family, life (and menopause!) taught me to rethink how I eat, and how I want to feel.

Everything shifted. I wasn't cooking for a crowd anymore β€” I was cooking for my health and my future. Flavor still mattered to me. Joy still mattered to me. But suddenly so did longevity.

I went deep into culinary nutrition, trained through the American College of Culinary Medicine, and spent months testing everything in my own kitchen.

My capstone project?

Menopause and the Mediterranean diet.

"After my heart attack, I rebuilt my kitchen β€” and found the most delicious way of eating I'd ever discovered."

What I discovered surprised me.

Eating for your health doesn't mean eating less. It doesn't mean giving up flavor.

It means building a rhythm around food that loves you back.

That's what the Collective is built on.

Woo hoo! Now let’s cook, shall we? πŸ’›

THE RESEARCH

The Science Behind How We Eat

The Mediterranean way of eating isn't a trend. It's one of the most studied dietary patterns in the world β€” and the data on midlife women is remarkable.

Reduction in hot flashes & night sweats

Women who followed a Mediterranean-style diet had significantly fewer vasomotor symptoms (those lovely hot flashes and night sweats)

Up to 30% lower risk of heart disease

Following this way of eating supports heart health - a major win during and after menopause.

Lower risk of stroke

The benefits go beyond the plate. This way of eating supports your whole system β€” brain, mood, and energy included.
