Meet Christine, your culinary co-Pilot

Hi, I’m Christine!

My philosophy is simple: it’s a meal, not a mortgage. Real food matters, but cooking should never feel stressful or precious. I’ve been teaching for decades, and I’m still genuinely excited to cook, teach, and share what I know. My goal is always the same: help you feel more confident in the kitchen and actually enjoy the process. This is food meant to support your life, not take it over.

After surviving a heart attack in 2020 and closing my brick-and-mortar cooking school, I found a new purpose cooking for my empty nest. I’m taking my butter-loving ways in a healthier direction without sacrificing flavor. Think a touch instead of a stick, a splash instead of a cup. I’m now CCMP-certified through the American College of Culinary Medicine, with a focus on menopause and the Mediterranean Diet, and I bring decades of recipe development, professional cooking, and real-life experience to the table. Cooking for two, eating well, and loving it? That’s the sweet spot.
