Meet Christine, your culinary co-Pilot
Hi! I’m Christine - culinary instructor, empty nester, and your biggest cheerleader in the kitchen!
After a heart attack in 2020, I began shifting the way I cook and eat.
These days, I focus on flavorful, heart-healthy meals that support my body (and spirit) - without giving up the joy.
I’m a chef and Certified Culinary Medicine Professional. For my capstone project, I studied the Mediterranean Diet and menopause.
Helping women feel confident, cared for, and excited about food again? That’s my passion.
Cooking is my love language, and I can’t wait to share the joy (and the recipes) with you.

Is this course just for people in menopause?
Nope! It’s ideal for anyone in (peri)menopause, or menopause, but it’s open to all women, regardless of age who want to feel better and eat well.
What if I’m cooking for one?
Perfect. Every recipe is designed for two, so you can enjoy leftovers or freeze portions - no awkward math required.
Will I get access to the replays?
Heck yeah! All classes will be recorded and available inside Heartbeat to watch (or rewatch) anytime.
How long do I have access to the content?
You’ll have full access to the Heartbeat community and course materials for the duration of the program.
Do I have to cook live with Christine?
Not at all! You can watch and take notes, or cook along if you’re feeling it. Totally up to you.
