Whiskey Sour Cocktail

It’s here! Time for our March Cocktail: The Whiskey Sour.

I’ve been feeling decidedly retro lately, and nothing says retro like a good ole whiskey sour. But instead of screaming the 1970’s, we’re whipping this one up fresh, and it is a damn delight.

Fresh juice is key here, and by now you know what a fan I am of simple syrup (don’t worry, you can make your own super easily). Why whiskey? Well get your Irish on and grab a bottle of Jameson’s or other Irish Whiskey and you’re ahead of the game for St. Patrick’s Day. Sure, you could grab a Guinness or something with Bailey’s instead, but let’s get the brown liquor flowing!
